The announcement and call for community input and White Papers for the first Arctic Observing Summit (AOS) which will be held in Vancouver (Canada) on 30 April - 2 May 2013 is now out. The AOS is a task of the Sustaining Arctic Observing Networks (SAON) which is led by the Arctic Council and IASC.
