IMPORTANT HOUSING INFORMATION: 
Akureyri is a very popular tourist destination, especially during the period ASSW is scheduled (for skiing). To ensure a pleasant experience for all attendees, the organisers have pre-booked rooms in Akureyri’s main hotels. The deadline for booking these rooms through the ASSW website is the 27 January 2020. We strongly recommend that you book your accommodation by this date, after which the rooms will be opened to the general public and we cannot guarantee availability.
